Estimation

- We prepare quantities bill of quantities as well as cost breakdown per trade & stage.

- We write scopes of work as per plans and client brief/finishes schedule.

- We send out to our list of subcontractors including your preferred subcontractors.

- We prepare tender analysis to compare all.

- We issue subcontracts & purchase orders ready for execution.

- We prepare construction programs on on MS projects including all critical paths analysis

- We receive & assess invoices & progress claim.

- We file and confirm dockets & percentage of works completed on-site with site team

- We issue payment schedule with reference to agreed rates and contractual agreements.

- Arrange all consultant inspections during construction.

- Co-ordinate design changes with consultants.

- Work with surveyor & certifier for regular checks.

- Liaise with subcontractors to obtain OC compliance certificates.

- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards BCA

- We prepare monthly PCG report and forecast cost to complete report.
